Is your free review really free?

You bet. We won’t charge your organization anything for a review of your QuickBooks setup. Our review covers other accounting systems for small businesses as well. The consultation usually takes an hour or two, and then we give some tips for streamlining the system.

Do you offer remote support?

Yes. The newest accounting systems have remote support features built right in. If your organization is using a legacy system, we can use screen sharing to give clear support. The advantage of remote support is that service is fast, accurate, and convenient.

Do I have to wait until the end of the year to change my software?

No. We can migrate your records from your existing system to a new one with little hassle. This is one of the key times to get outside help. There are potential pitfalls that we can help you avoid. The initial setup of a new accounting system, when done right, will save hours each week.

Do you provide ongoing support?

Yes, many of our clients use our monthly service package. Monthly service includes: review prior month transactions, bank and credit card reconciliations, journal entries, depreciation adjustments, financial and performance reports, and unlimited (reasonable) telephone support.

Should I move to the cloud?

A cloud accounting system eliminates the need for expensive computer hardware. No more purchasing an annual upgrade for the software you just purchased.  Cloud accounting systems are updated remotely. This ensures that all users are on the same version of a system.  loud accounting systems allow for access to the records from anywhere there is a computer. We are even able to work from our iPhone and iPad.Different users can be set-up with access to the system based on the needs of the organization.  hen an employee leaves, it is a matter of removing the user.
